    • be an adult;
    • at least 18 years old;
    • valid identity document (passport/ID card);
    • permanent income.

  • The term of consideration of the application submitted for natural and legal persons may differ:

    • for natural persons, the review process usually takes up to two business days,
    • for legal entities, the review process may take up to five business days.

  • We put all our efforts necessary to get you the loan as soon as possible, usually this happens:

    • within one business day after registering the mortgage in the land register,
    • on the day of signing the contract.

  • Each of loan applications of our customers is considered individually. Based on our long-term experience, the maximum predictable loan amount that you can receive is 70% of the market value of the mortgaged real estate. If you want to buy another real estate as your property, then the existing real estate can serve as security for the purchase of the new real estate.

  • For your safety, to protect you from possible fraudulent activities, the authorised person, on the basis of the issued power of attorney, can represent you if you are:
    • identified in person and
    • submitted an application to us that you will be represented by an authorised person.

  • Yes, you can refinance (consolidate) your existing loans to significantly reduce your monthly payments.

  • Monthly payments must be made according to the payment schedule, but you have the right to repay the loan in part or in full at any time. Therefore, if you have such a need, inform us about it by writing an application:

    • in the self-service profile "Private cabinet",
    • by sending it to us by post or email, or
    • by submitting it personally to our office at Kr.Barona street 28A, Riga.

  • Current information about your credit can be viewed in your profile "Private Cabinet".
